Hi, I’m Jeff Wakeford, a proud Dentist and the owner of Odeon Dental. I was born and raised right here in Calgary, and I continue to enjoy being a part of this vibrant city of ours.
After graduating from Bishop Carroll High School, I attended the University of Calgary where I obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Cellular, Molecular & Microbial Biology. Before embarking on my final career path in dentistry, I took some time to travel and work abroad. This allowed me to learn so much about different people and cultures, and to grow as an individual from these experiences. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to teach ESL in South Korea for a couple of years; what an amazing life experience! I had a chance to travel to Japan, Singapore, Cambodia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Eventually, I felt it was time to come home and start a new chapter of my life. Since I loved helping people and working with my hands, Dentistry seemed like the perfect and most natural career choice. I obtained my Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Alberta in 2008, and the rest is history!
